Will it block my calls and messages?+
No. A session silences the apps you choose, not your phone. Calls and texts still reach you. It's selective silence, not airplane mode.
What if I break a session early?+
You can stop anytime, but a 60-second cooldown asks you to reconsider first — and your habitat dims instead of growing. The friction is the point.
Why a habitat instead of points or streaks?+
Points vanish when you close the app. A habitat stays, remembers, and reacts, so your focus leaves something real behind. And a portion of our revenue funds the wild animals you grow.
