Is the conservation donation real, or marketing?+
Real. A portion of our revenue each quarter goes to wildlife conservation. We pre-committed to this in our founding documents, and we intend to publish our first report around our first $1K MRR milestone.
Can I exit a session early if I really need to?+
Yes — but it costs. On Focus there's a 60-second cooldown; on Deep Work an emergency override is always available, and it resets your streak and degrades your habitat. That's the point: friction calibrated to the moment.
Does it work on iPhone yet?+
iOS is coming soon. The hard-block depth on iOS is constrained by Apple's Screen Time API, so the iOS build trades a small amount of enforcement strictness for the same emotional architecture.
Why a habitat, not a mascot?+
Because focus isn't a pet — it's an ecosystem. Every completed session grows a living habitat: a plant, a bird, a shift in the sky. We kept the whole system alive instead of crowning one hero animal, so the reward is a place that's yours — from the Yucatán to the Pantanal. Protecting habitat is how you protect every species in it, which is where a portion of our revenue goes.
What if I don't speak Spanish or Portuguese?+
English is supported on day one. The brand is Americas-first by intention, not by exclusion — every region, every dominant language. More tongues will follow.
